We will have a special protocol in place to limit the risks of contamination linked to COVID19:
- Protective measures at check-in. Both check-in and check-out will be done by a member of the Virotea Charter team and a member of the crew of the clients, the skipper.
- Social distancing measures, minimum of one and a half meters between people whenever possible. We will maintain the safety distance between employees and users throughout the service (hiring, delivery, pick-up, etc.).
- Hydroalcoholic and disinfectant gels will be available to the client in each boat.
- It will be mandatory the use of masks, both Virotea Charter staff and crews. As the use of the mask is mandatory, each client must use his own.
- We reinforce all the weekly cleaning and disinfection protocols, so that the boats are for you a safe and trustworthy space. The products we use in the process of cleaning and disinfection of our boats are of high hygienic quality. Our boats will be disinfected before delivery. . After use, a thorough disinfection and cleaning will also be carried out, especially in the areas of greatest contact (knobs, furniture, surfaces, etc.).
- We will encourage payment by electronic and contactless means.
- We recommend avoiding pick-ups and/or deliveries at the waiting docks, as they are the busiest places.
